Wo Yao Da

Overview

Wo Yao Da is a third-person action RPG where you control a warrior skilled with machete, spear, bow, and arquebus. As you progress, you unlock a second character with unique combat abilities who attacks using dancing steps and a special squeeze move.

Gameplay

The warrior can captivate enemies and use weapons they drop. The camera rotates freely in third-person view. The game supports controllers, including direct compatibility with XBOX 360 controllers.

Structure

The game features 9 chapters taking about 2 hours to complete. Different chapters offer varied gameplay: solo combat, cooperative missions with teammates, or tactical scenarios where you lead troops and give orders.

Setting

You explore a world full of gremlins and face diverse enemies including boar-like creatures, warriors from other tribes, Japanese soldiers from modern and warring states periods, ancient Roman arena fighters, and Ching Dynasty soldiers. The costumes and buildings reference historical objects, but the story is entirely fictional.
