The game has been split into 2 parts for Apple Arcade with Part 1 released as a launch exclusive. Part 1 is less than half of the full game and ends on a cliffhanger with Part 2 planned for a future update, likely closer to or alongside the full release of the game across all platforms. "Shantae is back in an all-new tropical adventure! In her 5th adventure, the Half-Genie hero gains new Fusion Magic to explore a vast sunken city, make new Half-Genie friends, and battle the Seven Sirens in her most thrilling adventure yet!"
