Through the radio, a former factory worker, now imprisoned for sabotaging the polluting facility, pleads for ORIKA's help. He urges ORIKA to use the boat to clean up the water and sell the waste to upgrade the vessel. In return, he promises assistance in restoring ORIKA's memories.
