Rewilding starts within. Follow Aoife on their journey to reconnect with their past, nature, and ultimately themself. Explore the land, forage for wild plants, craft bespoke dishes, and delight otherworldly clientele. Along the way, Aoife will learn about the plants around them, the folklore told in the area, and their family's past.
