A medieval betting roguelike. Each night, repay an angry wizard or finish your life as a wet sock. Hide in a bush and try to guess who's behind it by betting the only thing you have left... your life.
A small medieval roguelike inspired by games like Balatro, CloverPit, and Buckshot Roulette. You're stuck in a loop until you've paid off your debt by robbing passers-by in a retro-looking forest using your last resort: gambling your life.
You've stolen a magic relic and now owe a tremendous sum to an evil wizard. As a worthless Fifrelin with nothing to your name, you must ambush passers-by each night in a scary dark forest to take their money and repay your debt.
Feed the cursed relic with your life points to choose how strong you'll strike. You must hide and ambush at the last minute without knowing if you'll face a peasant or a troll. Strike too soft and you lose the fight; strike too hard and it backfires. Your goal is to bet just the right amount to vanquish your foes. You can predict who's likely to come by each day, so bet wisely using the information at your disposal.
The wizard offers curses to change your odds and upgrade your stats, but every gift comes with a cost. You can also buy items from a shady shop lady who only appears at night.
