The Game

Fence is an Economic Management Simulator set in The Bronx during the early 1990’s. You play as Jimmy, a recently expelled high schooler that’s trying to make ends meet and keep him and his mother out of poverty, by trading some...not so legal things to some...questionable characters.

Master the art of the deal with a economic trading system that reacts to you—deal with characters who have their own preferences and biases, navigate in game events that affect prices, and level up Jimmy’s skills to make each trade count. Start small by making low level trades of stolen electronics, jewelry and consumer goods, and work your way up to the heavy hitters!

From run down bodegas to smoky pawn shops and back alley exchanges. Jimmy’s journey takes him through encounters with locals who all play their parts—whether it's the wary bar owner, the streetwise kid, or the hardened gang lieutenant, each one has unique dialogue and insights to share.
